Standard Prefabricated Units

The unit has a load-bearing structure, made with galvanised steel profiles.

The base is formed by a modular frame structure with perimetric pressure bent profiles and reinforced 40x60x1.5 mm galvanised tubular steel sections.

The base structure’s bearing capacity, for uniformly distributed loads, is about 200 kg/m2.
An insulated base structure is available upon request.

The roof consists of a perimeter shaped profile in galvanised steel with no eaves overhanging the base structure. It functions as a gutter with internal downspouts.

The roof’s bearing capacity, for uniformly distributed loads, is about 140 kg/m2.

The base and roof are connected with appropriately shaped vertical uprights, bolted to the base and the roof.

The prefabricated units are lifted using hooks that are attached to the roof.
